Actual memories are invisible but peopleare keeping the visible objects instead. Memories are always created with thepassing of time. All of them are linked to each other; people choose some ofthem to keep, and they transcribe these memories into objects.
Memories are stored and passed on withinneurons in our brains, and are lost when this signal fades. Drawing inspirationfrom the scientific background behind human memories, the thesis explores therelationship between the mental landscape and physical objects.
There
are two tables designed to describehow people remember and lose their
memories. These two designs are about thevisible and invisible. The
invisible hidden drawer represents keeping and preservingone’s memories and the tablewith visible projection shows the lost of memories.
